Training, Course & Workshop Usage and Intellectual Property Protection

1. Ownership of Content

All training, course, and workshop materials—including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, presentations, documents, frameworks, templates, assignments, and any related content (collectively, “Content”)—are the exclusive intellectual property of WENNOVATE GLOBAL LLP.

WENNOVATE GLOBAL LLP reserves the right to photograph, record, or capture screenshots of training sessions and participants for documentation, quality improvement, and marketing purposes. By enrolling, participants consent to such use, provided it does not misrepresent them.

2. Prohibition on Recording, Reproduction, and Distribution

Participants shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in any of the following:

• Capturing screenshots of Content (including slides, tools, or platform interfaces)

• Recording audio or video of any session

• Screen recording, live streaming, or broadcasting sessions in any form

• Downloading, copying, modifying, or reproducing Content beyond explicitly permitted use

• Sharing access links, login credentials, or Content with any third party

• Uploading or distributing Content on any platform (including WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube, social media, or file-sharing platforms)

• Selling, sublicensing, redistributing, or commercially exploiting the Content in any manner

3. Confidentiality

All proprietary frameworks, methodologies, case studies, tools, and insights shared during the training, course, or workshop are confidential in nature. Participants agree not to disclose, share, or use such information for commercial or public purposes without prior written consent from WENNOVATE GLOBAL LLP.

4. User-Generated Content

If participants submit any content (including assignments, project work, feedback, or forum contributions), they grant WENNOVATE GLOBAL LLP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content for educational, research, and promotional purposes.

Participants represent that they own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Third-Party Content

Certain materials may include content owned by third parties and used under appropriate licenses or permissions. All such content remains the property of its respective owners. Participants agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms. WENNOVATE GLOBAL LLP does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of such third-party content.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

WENNOVATE GLOBAL LLP reserves the right to:

• Monitor participation and usage to ensure compliance

• Suspend or terminate access of any participant found in violation of these Terms, without refund

• Investigate and take appropriate action in cases of suspected misuse or unauthorized distribution

7. Consequences of Violation

Any breach of these Terms may result in:

• Immediate termination of access without refund

• Legal action under applicable laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 (India)

• Claims for damages, financial loss, and reputational harm

• Injunctive or equitable relief to prevent further misuse

8. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WENNOVATE GLOBAL LLP, its partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to:

• Violation of these Terms

• Misuse or unauthorized distribution of Content

• Infringement of intellectual property or other rights

9. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any training, course, or workshop, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
